Many of the ISP companies are putting together false products they claim are T1 Line products. Be skeptical of products with the marketing language titles like "burstable" and "reach". These T1 Line products are oversubscribed much like DSL service. This means the Internet Service Provider puts a single T1 Line connection in a CO otherwise known as a Central Office and sells T1 connections to 5, 6 or even 20 times to customers betting they don't all use the Internet service all at the same time. True Full T1 Internet access means dedicated access to the internet and you always have symmetrical access to 1.54Mbps 24/7.
